Christina and Brendan met in high school during their sophomore year. They didn’t talk much at first but when they found themselves in the same Algebra class Junior year, Christina caught Brendan’s eye. He would write poems to her and ask her out, but it took a little while for her to come around. Luckily, she finally did because she soon realized she had met her future husband. Their relationship developed and Brendan ended up proposing to Christina in Cape May. We actually visited the exact location of their proposal during their engagement session last year!

When planning their Park Chateau Estate and Gardens wedding day, Christina drew a lot of her inspiration from romantic, vintage glam, and neutral styles. She always envisioned her own royal wedding similar to Kate Middleton, her style icon, so she made sure the day was classic and timeless. As soon as she laid eyes on Park Chateau, she knew it would be the perfect venue for their wedding day. From gorgeous architecture to beautiful chandeliers and French-inspired elegance, this venue was a perfect setting for her and Brendan’s day. Their big day finally arrived last week and what a day it was! Christina and Brendan both got ready in the bridal suite and groom suite at the chateau followed by pre-ceremony portraits. It was supposed to rain all day but we managed to get some dry weather for their bridesmaid and groomsmen photos before heading off to their ceremony, which took place in the beautiful white chapel at Park Chateau. We didn’t get as lucky for their portrait session, as it got completely rained out, but with such a beautiful venue, we still had the most elegant of backdrops for Christina and Brendan’s first portraits as newlyweds!
