Pen Ryn Estate Wedding | Kate and Mike

Kate and Mike have known each other since high school so I think it’s safe to say that this wedding day was long-awaited! When it finally arrived, it was absolutely flawless. In all honesty, we knew it would be from the moment we first met Kate and Mike. This couple has great taste, Kate is super organized, Mike is incredibly supportive, and these two are madly in love. I already know this wedding is going to inspire so many future brides, which I’m sure Kate will love since she herself found so much inspiration for her wedding day by reading our blog (which makes us so happy!).

The Wedding Day

Kate got ready with her bridesmaids and adorable flower girls in the home that she and Mike share. I loved that the morning was paced so well and Kate could really enjoy the company of all the special ladies in her life. When it came time for Kate to get dressed, we headed over to Pen Ryn Mansion to the beautiful bridal suite at this gorgeous riverfront estate. Wait until you see Kate’s wedding gown. It’s one of my favorites to date! She looked stunning in an Allure Bridals gown, and she was so excited to see Mike! While Kate was enjoying a perfect start to the day, Mike was getting ready at the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing. They, too, had a relaxing morning that even included a game of cards. Once at the estate, Kate and Mike shared a first look that was full of joy and plenty of smiles. We love that the dogwoods and cherry blossoms were in bloom because they gave this wedding the perfect spring vibe that I know Kate and Mike wanted for the day.

The rest of Kate and Mike’s wedding day was just as lovely. It was filled with portraits on the grounds of the estate, Kate’s father’s classic convertible pink Cadillac to fancy up our portrait session, and plenty of memorable moments for us to document. I think you’re going to love this wedding! Kate and Mike, we hope you’re loving Key West, and we hope you love this preview as much as we loved preparing it for you!
