In the past year I’ve been so fortunate to be able to photograph many of life’s special moments for so many wonderful people. Today I am posting Part I of a maternity session that is for a woman I have known since freshman year of high school in French I when she was Hélène and I was Dominique.  You’ve seen Heather on the blog before when I did her engagement pictures and more recently for her anniversary &  pregnancy announcement session.  She is my best friend and she is 32 weeks pregnant and gorgeous!  We woke up before the crack of dawn on a beautiful summer morning for this beautiful sunrise maternity session.  We played with softness… beauty… air… water… tondues… and ever-changing light. Photographing an expectant mother is beautiful in itself but photographing my best friend in this gorgeous light was a dream.  She is the happiest pregnant woman I know and I couldn’t be happier for Heather and her husband Jay.  I cannot WAIT to meet the little peanut in this beautiful baby bump.  Heather, thank you for this fabulous session – you are gorgeous!
