All this talk about snow coming this weekend has me dreaming of warmer days so I figured it was the perfect time to share Lauren and Josh’s engagement session from last spring. Plus I just finished working on their timeline for their wedding day this coming May! These two are getting married at St. Anne’s Church in Fair Lawn and celebrating their marriage at Westmount Country Club. It’s sure to be such a fun day and we’re already looking forward to it!

In the meantime, I have their engagement photos to share. Lauren and Josh chose Hoboken for their session since that’s where they currently live and they met there, too! I met up with them in the morning and had the softest light with lovely cloud coverage that diffused the light perfectly for us. The first part of their session was at Pier A Park where we had the place all to ourselves and their adorable pup joined us for a few shots, too, which I know you’ll love because… who doesn’t love photos of a cute dog? Especially one who’s excited for its humans to get married!

We also incorporated a few other Hoboken locations into the shoot: Lackawanna Station, Court Street, and even a local bar, 10th and Willow, which is actually where Lauren and Josh met! It was a perfect morning and almost exactly one year from their big day which is coming up soon. Here is a recap of my time with them.
