Camille and Alex were another one of my couples whose wedding plans were affected by the pandemic. In the end, they tied the knot last year with their closest family and friends and had to wait a little over a year for their planned wedding day celebration.
Inspired by The Parent Trap, Camille and Alex planned a gorgeous classic wedding day at the Mill at Lakeside Manor with lots of traditional Italian touches. The Mill at Lakeside Manor turned out to be a perfect spot for them to hold their celebration. Once they saw the lovely garden and the huge windows in the ballroom, they couldn’t wait to finish planning their fall wedding.
Camille got ready at the local Chateau Inn and Suites in Spring Lake and then headed over to Divine Park to see Alex for the first time that day and do their portrait session with their wedding party. They chose a stunning palette of taupe and white, perfect for an early fall wedding! I love how involved Camille and Alex’s family was in their wedding day – I could tell they are such a tight-knit family and it was so nice to see them enjoying their time together. We wrapped up their portrait session with a quick stop at St. Catharine’s Church for a few impromptu portraits in front of this iconic spot in Spring Lake, and then we headed over to The Mill for their ceremony and reception. It was truly a perfect day!
Camille and Alex, I hope you’re enjoying your (second) honeymoon! I wish you lots of joy, love, and health, as you embrace your second year of marriage!
