Congratulations, Kristina and Daniel! They became husband and wife on a beautiful spring day at Clarks Landing Yacht Club in Pleasant Point, NJ this year. Kristina and Daniel met gaming, and she moved out to the East Coast to be with Daniel. Their entire wedding day, it was so easy to see how perfect they are together – and how lucky they are to have found each other! I have loved working with this super sweet couple. From their studio engagement session to their NYC engagement session in the winter, and now this perfect spring Clarks Landing Yacht Club wedding day, it has been a true pleasure to capture Kristina and Daniel together.
Clarks Landing Yacht Club Wedding Day
The day began with an emotional first look for Kristina and her dad. She prepped with her ladies at this beautiful Airbnb before meeting him outside. It was so sweet – and I loved watching her have a quiet moment with her parents before moving over to Divine Park in Spring Lake. There, she and Daniel met for a first look! I LOVE this time of year in New Jersey. There were cherry blossoms everywhere, and they make for such a beautiful backdrop for all portraits, but especially those on a wedding day! The park was so beautiful, so we spent some time walking around with Kristina and Daniel as well as their fun bridal party. Her bridesmaids wore a mint green color, which really popped against the pink trees and wooden bridges. Afterwards, everyone boarded the trolley to head to Clarks Landing Yacht Club!
Kristina and Daniel’s wedding festivities were all in one spot at Clarks Landing Yacht Club, which is so nice for them and their guests. Before everyone arrived, we headed to the docks outside. It’s so nice to have them to use and really provides a nice variety for portraits. We captured more portraits with the bridal party before I stole Kristina and Daniel away for some last newlywed portraits before their ceremony. Their ceremony was held inside Clarks Landing Yacht Club, overlooking the water. Everything was absolutely perfect!! The space is so white and light, all of their pink and green floral arrangements really popped. Before their reception, we made sure to capture a special photo of the new Mr. and Mrs. with their gaming controllers – a nice nod to their love story! We ended the evening with some sunset photos on the dock after speeches. I’m so glad we squeezed those in, because they wound up being some of my favorite images from the day!
