Earlier this fall, I had the pleasure of capturing Alyssa and Zach’s wedding. These two have been together for quite some time (they even have two beautiful children together) so this day was long-awaited. For their special day, they chose a traditional church ceremony followed by an outdoor celebration at Rutgers Gardens. These gardens hold such a special place for them and their family. When Alyssa and Zach met as teenagers, they would often come here to talk and go on walks. Now, they bring their children here for adventures. They always knew they’d choose it as a wedding venue, which I think is just so special!!
Alyssa and Zachary planned the entire day with their families in mind. Everything was chosen to feel like one of their fun backyard parties, because that’s what they truly wanted this to be: a celebration of their love and their family. It was such a beautiful day! With their two children in their bridal party and a relaxed afternoon, it was a wonderful wedding and I’m so happy we could be there with them.
Alyssa and Zach, thank you for allowing me to capture your big day. Witnessing your love was truly so special. I hope honeymooning in Hawaii was everything you hoped it would be!
