The Couple

There are some couples where you just know that they are a perfect fit for each other. When we first met Cortney and John at their Cross Estate Gardens Engagement, we knew immediately that they were an amazing couple and that we were going to love working with them. They are sweet, kind, and caring and we were reminded of this throughout the day as we saw them interact with their friends and family and listened to the speeches given by Courtney’s Maid of Honor and John’s Best Man. Cortney and John met at their local gym and have been through many stages of life together. Throughout the years, they have supported and encouraged each other in their endeavors and when I look at this collection of photos I am reminded of how lucky we are that we get to work with couples like these!

The Wedding Day

Most of the inspiration for planning their wedding day came from the beautiful lakeside venue of Indian Trail Club. The ceremony location is right on the lake and the reception room has large windows that overlook the lake as well. It is just stunning! The palette for Cortney and John’s wedding day was neutral with touches of blush and peach and it was simply gorgeous. All the details came together perfectly to create an impeccably designed day with plenty of eye candy for all the guests to enjoy. Wait until you see the lovely florals! We loved Cortney and John’s vision for the day and are so thankful to the creative team who made it happen, especially Jeanne from Bogath Weddings and Events who made sure everything was perfect!
