When planning their wedding, Kelly and Chris drew inspiration from one of their favorite seasons: Christmas! They loved the idea of incorporating the warmth and joy of the holiday season into their special day. Their color scheme included bridesmaids and bridesmen in black, and groomsmen in cranberry, creating a festive yet elegant vibe that was perfect for a winter celebration.

The couple knew they’d found the perfect venue when they visited The Mill Lakeside Manor. Kelly shared that they fell in love with it as soon as they took a tour, and it was clear that this was where they wanted to start their life together. The venue’s beautiful lakeside setting and elegant atmosphere made it the perfect choice for their Christmas-themed wedding. One of the most unique moments of the day was their Anniversary Dance, where couples left the dance floor as the DJ and MC announced how long they’d been married. The two couples who’d been married the longest – Chris’s grandparents and Kelly’s grandparents received special attention as they were honored for their long-lasting love. Kelly and Chris also planned to hand each grandmother a bouquet of flowers during this moment, making it even more sentimental and meaningful.
