Today I’m going to introduce you to Jeanne, owner of Bogath Weddings and Events.  She was the bride who, a few weeks before her wedding, sent me a detailed “Top Secret Order of Events” and I remember responding “You need to get into wedding planning.” It was the best timeline I had ever seen. I like to think that I planted a little seed in her head that day, but I think Jeanne was being pulled into wedding planning long before I even suspected she’d be amazing at it.

Long story short, Jeanne and her husband Richie planned a beautiful wedding day and everything was amazingly perfect. I had so much fun capturing this wedding day, not only because I was so happy to see Jeanne marry the love of her life, but because it was the type of wedding that inspired me in many ways. Witnessing Jeanne’s creativity was one of my favorite aspects of the day, but the way she incorporated Richie into every single detail made all the difference. I love how attentive to detail she was without allowing herself to get carried away. In the end, the wedding was beautiful, but the most important part, the marriage, was the focus of the day.

Not too long after that, Jeanne told me that she wanted to chat about her idea. I was so excited to hear that she was considering becoming a wedding planner. I couldn’t think of a more perfect person to take on this endeavor! Not only is she amazingly creative and super organized, but she has the best sense of humor and friendly disposition. This is why it comes as not surprise that her wedding planning business, Bogath Weddings and Events, has had incredible success since it was first established in 2015. What started out as an idea has become a wonderful source of joy for not only her, but also for many brides and grooms. I have been lucky enough to work with her several times over the years (including my husband Jay’s sister’s wedding!). Jeanne creates an incredible experience for her couples, offering a myriad of services that allow her brides to relax and enjoy their wedding while Jeanne makes sure that everything goes off without a hitch.
